from Nanzan International High School in Toyota, Japan

entered a fashion design technical school called Nagoya
Mode Gakuen, located in Nagoya, Japan--
this is where I acquired my knoweledge of designing techniques:
making patterns, dying fabrics, cutting, and sewing

participated in my first fashion show -- Underground which
took place at a livehouse; I designed and made five outfits
under the theme Cute & girly out of traditional japanese
paper and tissue

concieved and produced three fashion shows under the title
Genesis: a fashion organism
this was an organization to promote the creative work of amateur
designers, digital artists, visual artists, and musicians
and open it to the
public

Genesis --- the first of
the series expressed the erotic relationship between Nature
and human beings

| 2002 |
Exodus --- my second show
addressed internal strength, as well as sameness and empathy
of humanity

| 2003 |
Leviticus --- the third show visualized our small and interconected
but significant human lives in the gigantic, beautiful Cosmos
|

moved to San Francisco, CA, and am working on establishing
my career in the States |
